Light and airy meringue topped with toasted almond flakes. The filling consists of a curd and cream cheese mixture, paired with seasonal ingredients—fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) in summer, and grated apple or granadilla cream in autumn and winter. Decorated according to the customer’s preferences.
